No tolerance policy
You must cancel your appointment or text us to cancel your appointment 48hrs prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee. Failure to not show up to appointment without notice would result in a no show fee. Our cancellation fee is $50 for Brazilians & 50% of booked service(s) for all other services. No show fee is 100% of booked service(s)
We offer a 15 minute grace period for all services except sugaring. We offer a 10 minute grace period for sugaring appointments. Showing up past that grace period would result in a cancellation fee. We have a no tolerance policy for disrespect and misconduct. Any derogatory language that could offend any group of people also falls in that category. We pride ourselves in providing a safe space for all. If you have any dislike or distaste for any group of people, we respectfully ask that you not bring that energy into our establishment. We reserve the right to refuse service and will ask you to leave.
